- Information on local college, universities, and trade-technical schools
- Assistance - guidance in completing college admission applications
- Information on institutional tuition and fees
- Academic advising
Financial Aid:
- Information on Federal and State Financial Aid Programs
- Assistance - guidance in filling out financial aid forms
- Scholarship information sources for the disadvantage population.
Career:
- Career advisement
- Career resource library
- Career guidance materials
- Resume writing tools
- Career assessment tools
Workshops:
- Study skills
- Test taking tips
- Goal setting
Eligibility
1. Enrollment in the UNM Educational Opportunity Center is open to individuals who are:
- U.S. Citizen/Legal Resident
- 19 years old and over
- Resident of Bernalillo, Torrance, or Valencia County.
2. Eligibility Requirements:
- First Generation (neither parent has a bachelor.s degree)
And-Or - Low-Income (taxable income below the 150% poverty level)
